Studii științifice realizate pe Meditația Transcendentală

Începând cu sfîrșitul anilor 1950 cînd a fost introdusă, Meditația Transcendentală a fost supusă la nenumărate studii științifice, care au acoperit toate domeniile vieții. Aceste domenii includ: sănătatea mentală, sănătatea fizică, managementul stresului, longevitate, comportament social, etc.

În momentul de față există peste 700 de studii științifice care documentează beneficiile Meditației Transcendentale pentru minte, corp, relații sociale și întreaga societate. În jur de 400 dintre acestea sunt revizuite de către comunitatea științifică și sunt publicate în jurnale sau reviste de specialitate. Mai jos sunt câteva dintre aceste studii:
